The Context
Generative AI tools are increasingly present in higher education, but faculty and staff often approach them with uncertainty. Common concerns surround originality, copyright, and simply not understand how the technology works.
The goal was to help UCF faculty and staff understand that generative AI relies on pattern recognition, not copying or reproducing existing work, and to emphasize why context and specificity in prompting matters.
What I Built
An interactive ThingLink graphic set against a neuron-inspired, tech-blue background to visually reinforce the concept of a neural network. Each interactive tag represents how the AI processes and identifies patterns based on tokens, or keywords, from the initial text prompt provided to it. The final tag reveals four AI-generated images produced in Adobe Firefly from that exact prompt, completing the journey from input to output.
